Hi Guys,
I have a BT master socket located in the loft where the router/server and other stuff is and have other rooms wired with phone lines but at the moment these other lines just run to the loft.
What is the correct way to hook these all up to the master socket?

join the extension cables all together in a junction box. IDC (insulation displacement / punchdown) connectors only take 2 wires, so more than that use a screw terminal junction box similar to those used for alarm wiring) then take 1 cable to pins 2/3/5 on the back of a filtered faceplate plugged into the NTE, removing the existing unfiltered frontplate.
