I would be grateful for some advice.

I want to move my loft tanks (cold water and central heating header) to make some more space in the loft.

I am quite happy about the tank platform construction and location but I plan to change the current tank for a 'coffin' tank to enable me to get further out under towards the eaves.

Is there anything I need to consider in terms of relative heights of the tanks and vent pipes - or come to that anything else I might have missed?

All help gratefully received
Mike

You will need to place the cold water storage tank on a load bearing support and allow aprox 450mm height for vents.
