Nails quiz

A bit of fun, will need 17 x 4" nails and a small wooden block to hold the nail upright, now try and balance all the 16 nails on the head of the nail, no glue or blue tack etc, though of you know this, get lost

No, all the nails must balance on the head of the nail, it's clever

It's an old puzzle they lock together in a certain way, I've done it with bigger "nails" at a science park and it's fairly hard to do needs a lot of dexterity even when you know how to do it.

Put 4 nails on the head, head down so the spikes are up. Place another nail in the middle of these 4, head up, theorectically balancing them. Continue thus forth.

I dont think it'd work in real life though.
