Evening,

Just noticed my Remeha 28c has developed a bit of a leak. It's steadily dripping from behind the pump, but its really hard to see where exactly.

Can anyone recommend an engineer that knows about these boilers in NW London (NW10).

Cheers
Dan

You're unlikely to find a dedicated, independent Remeha engineer since most of their boilers may be still under warranty. Also, Heateam (Baxi, Potterton and now Remeha's service division) is swallowing up what little aftersales market there is on them.

I expect this one may also be under warranty but I wonder how many owners have had them serviced anually as required?

Its usually the pump "O" rings leaking.

Cheers for the replies. Sorry should have been clearer, doesn't necessarily have to be a Remeha engineer, just someone who knows a bit about them.

It was installed 3 years ago so not under warranty, I think the free service lasted 2 years and faulty parts 5 years.

BUT only if you have paid for a Service every year, and have the paperwork to prove it .
now the good news the Remeha is a simple boiler to work on and partws are easily available through the merchant trade - nice Boilers ;)
