This isn't my house, but my grandmas house who is 84.
She lives in a dorma-bungalow, and down the side of her house is a concrete path that's hers, then a fence and then the neighbours garden.
On the neighbours side of the fence, there are a row of conifers about 10m tall. She's just been outside to move her plant trays and found that her concrete path is being pushed up and she's found roots coming out next to the wall of her house.
Spoken to the neighbour who doesn't want to know anything as they "like their privacy".
What are her rights and does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
