Netaheat profile boiler not working when Central Heating is switched on I have changed pump and valve and checked live wires in thermostat but still is not working could anyone have any advice to help solve this problem

Is a room stat fitted ? 2 or 3 port valve? Is pump running? Is there a supply to boiler?

it is a room stat and it is a 3 port valve pump is not running and has no supply boiler.
is their live on the white wire in the wiring centre and the orange ?

the boiler is live, and only seems to work with the hot water.
I do not seem to have an electrical tester but i will be borrowing one from a friend tommorow, is there anything else i can try mechanically.

OP I would be suspecting the valve motor
I have changed the valve completely,white and orange wire to be tested is it across these or each with a neutral.
