Hi all hope someone can help
I have a potter ton neta heta profile 50e, I turned off lpg at tank and when I turned it back on boiler did not start up, I have tried turning boiler off for 20 seconds, turned on to max, pump started and solenoid clicked and can see ignition trying to light the pilot/burner. Boiler was working perfectly up until I turned of gas, gas supply was only turned off for 2hours.

Sounds to me like a low-pressure safety valve on your tank has activated, you'll need to get an RGI out to reset it
