No CH but hot water is fine

I have a Falcon combi boiler which is over 2 years old. The water is hot and available at any time but the radiators will not come on at all. The radiator standby light will come on when hot water is run. It then switches off.
I have replaced both thermisters, but still to no avail.
I read on another post that it could be the PCB, but the thread has not been updated for a couple of years.

Any idea's?
