no hot water and only few radiators working

is the cleanser avaialable at places like b&q?how long will it take to work and is it easy to do?ps would this also effect my hot water from taps?

one pipe gets hot the other is luke warm
i have a copy of the brochure but its at my mates as he ordered it for me unfortunatley and he is on his hols
