No hot water from miXer shower tap. But if i run the hot water tap in the sink of the same bathroom then the mixer shower releases hot water for 2-4mins before going cold again. Yesterday i turned the thermostat to 48 ddegrees and hot water works when thermostat is on this temperature setting but anythig below this is cold. But since changing the setting there is a new and additional problem...
The mixer tap (and pipes) Makes a very loud noise (almost vibrates) when hot water tap in the kitChen is switched on. Please let me know if you recognise what is going on here. Many thanks.
