It may all sound good.
But a manufacturer's warranty only covers maker's parts which have failed.
Problems caused by leaks in the system or anything connected with dirt is NOT covered by the makers warranty. They can even make a charge for a visit caused by an installation or dirt issue. That is what your's sounds like.
Be aware that a GlowWorm is a pretty budget boiler.
But ALL boilers have to be fitted on a totally clean system!
With all these contractors involved the "personal" pride in doing a good installation is not there and it is just "how quickly can we fit this boiler and get home early?"
