north west - roof prices

Hi all

I have few prices for my roof. 4x10 front. 4x10 meters back.
Reroofing incl sofix gutters down pipes etc.....
Marley large tiles.

The price range is from £3500 till £ 5500 prices incl scafolding and skip
Any idea why the price range is so large?

Ask them for a labour and materials breakdown and how long it will take.

Did you ever get this sorted?

I know a very good roofer who lives on Oakley road that redid my roof for far less than that.

80m with soffit,fascia gutters etc. £3500-£5000 sounds very reasonable. I did a 60m roof yesterday, strip and recover, materials cost just over a grand, scaffold around £400, skip just about £200. Around a grand labour. Total cost £2600.
