Notifiable or not ??

Hi all,

Can you tell me if the following are Notifiable or not under "Part P" please;

1. Installing a strip light in a loft on an existing circuit.
2. Replacing a ceiling light fitting in the bathroom (like for like).
3. Replacing an outside floodlight (like for like).

1) Don't think its notifiable (not completely sure though as it may count as altering a circuit) Or are you just installing one instead of something else? In which case it isn't notifiable.
2 & 3) Not notifiable.

Someone else will be able to give you a definitive answer on the strip light
