Oil filter for 2003 Peugeot Partner 1.6 Petrol

I am going to do an oil change on this car.

Is it a dry filter? I have never heard of a dry filter before.
There is a black plastic part on the front of the engine which is the shape of an oil filter, is that it?

Hello joeylegend, the oil filter housing is on the front of the engine as you said, it is below the top hose and it has a large hexagon nut moulded onto the top cover. Be carefull not to overtighten the plastic filter top.
