Ok! You've altered the pressure and it works, but you don't know what the pressure is or what it's supposed to be for your burner.
Good combustion requires oil to delivered through a clean nozzle at the correct pressure.

FITTED a pressure guage and its 105 psi,not a bad guess..
These are the settings for my burner.
Just need CO2 Checked.
Output
in BTU’s 90,000 0.85 x 80° EH 110 PSI 11.5 co2
