I live in a bungalow in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, there is an existing LPG tank and elderly internal combi boiler in need of updat - replacing.
In my previous property we had oil heating and my boiler engineer recommended replacing existing set up with oil, he recommended Warmflow kabin pak combi boiler KC90HE with kabin pak plume management kit to be positioned just outside kitchen wall where existing boiler is on inside.
Am I making a huge mistake - on a table of cost per kw of heat produced by different fuel options the LPG was nearly double that of oil so I thought i'd breakeven after a couple of years.
Also bit concerned that the fumes produced may be a problem when sitting in garden.
Any thoughts anyone?
Cheers
Jenny
