I bought a new 10amp 2 gang switch for two lights in the same room.

The existing (old) switch terminals are labeled A B1 B2 at the top and A1 A2 B at the bottom. The wires into these terminals are as follows:

Terminal A (top) has a red wire connected from it to terminal B (bottom).
Terminal B1 (top) has a blue wire into it.
Terminal B2 (top) is empty.
Terminal A1 (bottom)has a yellow wire into it.
Terminal A2 (bottom) is empty.
Terminal B (bottom) has a red wire connected from it to terminal A (top).

The new switch has at top; com, com and at bottom; 1 way,2 way, 1 way, 2 way, plus an earth terminal.

Can someone please help me with how to wire the new switch.

you want common and one way

it is s separate switches, so the above is true twice

imagine each switch as a triangle

(but i cant type that in this forum)

So, to make it clearer for you:

The red wire that goes into Terminal A. Connect this to one of the C's and interconnect that to the other C too.

The blue wire put into one of the terminals marked '1way'
The yellow wire put into the other 1 way terminal.
Thats it

Thank you very much to all of you.

Connected the wires as suggested and got the switch working perfectly.
