ONE COLD RADIATOR.

I have a sealed system with a new condensing boiler fitted. It is a bungalow with one radiator upstairs in a converted loft. The system was working ok. I have drained the system due to a leak and re-filled putting in fernox. All is ok except that i cannot get the one rad upstairs working. I have tried bleeding taking out a large amount of water but it still does not get warm.
ANY IDEAS FROM ANYONE PLEASE !!

has it a trv ?
is the flow pipe warm/hot ?

Make sure both valves are on, with the stat on full if it has one. Turn off all other radiators in the house, it may be an airlock and this should clear it
