Open cement bag

Hi,

I've a bag of cement that's been open for about 3 months (maybe 4) - do you think it's still OK to use? It's been kept in a dry garage, but the top is starting to clump a little - however the clumps break apart easily.

Given that it's not expensive, if there's any doubt then I'll get rid of it.

If it's not set then it'll be fine to use, double bag it if garage gets damp
