opening mechanism aquarius FDW60 dishwasher

Hi all our door no longer clicks shut, i have discovered a small spring(broken) inside the door (once i undid the screws holding metal to plastic front door) . so my question is , i can see where one end of the spring connects but cant see where the other end of the spring connects ? all help much apprieciated.

It's snapped a bit of plastic off , new lock only a tenner.
