Overflow pipe from tank comes into conservatory

Just moved into a property, the hotwater tank in bathroom has an overflow pipe that runs under floorboards to external wall. However it comes into conservatory. The bath sink and toilet in bathroom have an above floorboard pipe to an internal soil pipe.

Obviously I should have the overflow pipe moved will it be easy to do in anyones opinion. Would it be best to route through the floor beams to soil pipe or bring it above floor to connect in to bath drain :?:

overflow pipe is their to tell you some thing is wron you need to route directly outside though as long as cut pipe back and make sure it has fall in it try and get to just out side the consveratry
