I have been having an issue in my conservatory with effervesence, there is a wall by the window that is pushing salt out and making all the paint bubble

I have been told that using a bathroom paint as opposed to a normal silk or matt would help? Can anyone recommend a decent sealer to paint the wall with one I have scraped all the salt off?

I had this issue last winter. We had the conservatory decorated and the decorator scraped and sealed where the salt was coming through which to be fair is fine now, but it is just pushing through all around that area which was not treated, VERY annoying in what was a very nice room a month or so ago

Any info appreciated,

Cheers :D
