Panel drawing software

I know someone else posted a similar topic recently, but was wondering if anyone knows of any good (and preferably free!) software for drawing electrical schematics for panel building? I have one to build to control a load of fans and motors for a new big customer of mine and want everything to be as proffessional as possible! Thanks.!

Edit - I have AutoCAD on my other old laptop but didnt know if this as standard has electrical drawing?
