Passing T&E Ring Cable "through" back boxes ?

Is it possible to route the return cable from the farthest socket back through the previous sockets so that the same conduit can be used for both tails of the run ?

i think i know what you mean, but i am not sure, but so long as each socket has an "in and an out" cable it makes no difference (although techncally they are both in cables)

It's certainly not wrong, but it is usually cheaper and faster to do it as a radial in that case, unless its only for a short section at the start of of a longer ring, sort of the tail on the lassoo....

Also, as we've now established (if I'm right - might not be..), doing that will force you to reduce the rating of the MCB on the ring.
