Periodic Inspection

Hi,
Can you tell me roughly how much I should be paying for a periodic inspection on my detached house (northwest), and how long will it take approx?

Also what kind of things will they do?, i.e will they look at every light fitting in the house?, every socket e.t.c?

Down here in the south it's a strting price of £150 - 200 for a pir.
Have done visual only at £75.

How longs a peice of string. It depends on amount of circuits, size of property.

will they look at every light fitting in the house?, every socket e.t.c?

They should do yes (although on a larger installation it is permissible to test 10% of fittings)
