pipes from header tank in loft

hi,
have just replaced all copper pipes in house with qualplex,all are now running above ground.
i have two cold water pipes coming down from a storage tank in the attic,1 is the feed for the hot water cyclinder while the other used too be the feed for all the cold water in the bathrooms,the only thing it's doing now since all pipes went over ground is servicing a mixer shower.
these two pipes are still copper,could i replce the two with one qualplex pipe coming from the storage tank?

i would still keep your shower feed seperate from the cylinder feed.

just doing some research here,probably would'nt be a good idea too use qual pex this close too the cylinder anyway.

plastic's ok to and from a cylinder.
not my choice but can be done.
