I've ripped out my kitchen and done away with the horrible plumbing that was DIY'd badly by the previous owners.

I've now got a the hot and cold rising up behind what will be the kitchen sink. Could you let me know the best way to latch into these 15mm pipes in order to get the connections to the DW, WM and Sink?

I there a good trap system that will take all of this waste water too?

I can solder well so don't need to use compression fittings if that helps?

Thanks for your help

Just tee off for each appliance at a convenient point - they won't all be drawing water at the same time and even if they were, you'd hardly know.
as for the drainage and waste connections, McAlpine stuff is great....
Toolstation 89891 for a bowl and 1/2, or 69040 for a double bowl sink, 90786 for a single.
John :)
