Hi,can anyone tell me how i can fix a wooden door casein to the outside of my
side of the house, it has been instulated with polyethylene foam over the old
brickwork and i cant seem to get a strong fixing,any help.

Surely the door frame will sit back so that it meets the masonry and not the insulation?

If you have extended and you are doing a knock-through opening and door casing, then you would remove the bulky insulation in any case.

More info' please.
 
Hi,it is to the side of the house to access to the rear garden, the house
Has external wall insulation,I need to know what type of fitting to fix the
Door casing so i can fit a back entrance.

Hi i have put fencing up around the garden and want to fit a back gate
And need to fix the last post to the gable end of the house to fit the casing
