Possible water ingress

... I was afraid of that.

What would the likely cost be?
(plus a bit for essex?)

I was up there at the weekend.

I found a few places where water could be getting in..

One was at the bottom of the lead on the right had side, a hole in the render could have been letting water in.

The main one was up on the join between their roof and ours.
There was a crack that was positioned just right to act as a funnel to divert water under our roof tiles. Probably not much, but then the problem inside isnt very bad yet.

Have sealed these with render mix and waterproofed.. we shall see if this fixes it.

Thanks all for all the help
