Hi,
I have a Potterton Performa Combi Boiler that has been acting a bit strange lately.
The heating will come on as normal but then for no apparent reason it will stop. All Pressures remain as they should be and there are no fault indicators on. The only way to get the Boiler going again is to run the Hot Water tap for a couple of seconds. Then the Heating starts up again.
Another strange thing is that at night when the heating goes off, occasionally the pump continues to run on for a couple of hours, even though the water is obviously cold.
I was wandering if it could be the temp switch? These problems seem very intermittent and so is hard to track.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
