Good afternoon.

I've recently moved into a new house. It has a Potterton Flamingo 20-30 boiler.

Could anyone make an estimate of how old it could be? I wouldn't have thought these things would have been fitted new for a fair amount of time.

A mark one flamingo is probably knocking on 30 years old.
