Hi,
We have the above combi boiler and have had numerous problems in the past, but at the moment, when we turn on to heat up the hot water, the heating automatically comes on. It seems that the hot water is not as hot as it used to be either.

Can anybody help???

3 port diverter valve has siezed.These can be fitted with a new cartridge if you can get the old one out.Not the most popular boiler with engineers and had a safety issue with the rear flue collector rotting out.Best bet is a fixed price rapair from Baxi.Give them the model details and include the serial number.Can be done but access is poor and you need a degree in Meccano.
