I have the above boiler. The fan goes on ( 1 or 2 seconds) then off anything up to 40 times before it fires. When the fan comes on and I tap the cover firmly it will fire. When I take the cover of the pcb out and gently tap the pressure s/w with a screwdriver then it fires if the fan is on. I have replaced the Pressure s/w for a new one, and replaced the PCB with a reconditioned one but no change.
I switched the electrics off and checked the wiring of the harness with a multimeter and it was OK. But when I switched on again I find that it worked OK for about 5 minutes, then went back on the blink
