hi there,
the above boiler is on a y plan vented system, the problem is it will not fire up. the pump is spinning the 3 port is working ok.
i can hear the relay clicking on the pcb at start up but thats it no fan no spark any advice would be appreciated.

Have you done any work on the system? if there is any air in it the dry fire switch makes that noise...try bleeding it all through.
 
Try the condense plug on bottom left of boiler . Normally yellow in colour , slowly unscrew , with a jug underneath to collect water , and collect water . Also any water leakage within the boiler , onto the top of the syphon unit will cause the problem you describe . As previously mentioned on this thread , there is a flow switch in the boiler , which must close before the boiler will carry on to the ignition stage . This is really a job for a competant engineer .
