is there anything that is on a timer, that will switch everything off in the house ????

i.e. turn all tv's, computers, ebox's off at midnight say ???? dont want to use the plug ones, as they just know how to change the time on them ????

are you trying to save money or control your kids or something similar

you could probably do it for a few hundred pounds and some clever electronics

Killing the ring socket circuit for the kids, will kill the alarms and any other items used, so that isn't a good solution.

Individual plug in timers will be unplugged, so that won't work.

You could have a timer on the net hub and kill the whole house net access, but again after the kids are in bed you might want to use the net.

Decent routers have a time of day access table, and you can configure on and off periods for static ip addresses so that would prevent net gaming.

The easiest way is to beat the kids, or tell them no pocket money if you catch them up at certain times.

Some better modern TV's have a timer off function, with a pin number. So you could keep the pin a secret and set the off time for the tv.
