Power Shower Broken RCD

Im no expert so not sure. It is linked into my electricity meter as well not sure why its been done like that though....sorry guys

Your drawing only shows one connection from the meter - into the bottom of the main CU...

I will try and take a picture of the whole lot and post up tomorrow so you can see the full setup

So not quite like your wonderful diagram, you have the main tails from meter going to henley, then a pair to shower unit and a pair to fuse board.
What about a close up of shower unit?

I don't think that there is a shower unit as such just a pressure switch operated pump. Bet it's hidden under the bath panels

I meant the shower consumer unit, don't think we are looking for a shower pump.

hope not as the bath is a solid one piece jobbie with no panels

The only other thing I can think of is that the tails are not got good contact within the RCD terminal or at henely. This means everything off load, power down, main fuse out task though.
And the DNO do not like us menials withdrawing their fuses!

Unless it's down fused prior to connection, but I think we can eliminate that and accept that we are dealing with an electric shower.

Thanks for the helpful replies chaps. Yes there is a supply to the main CU as I have power downstairs. The one at the top in the picture is seeing power in but nothing coming out
