ComGSM is connected to Com1, could it be the sim card is deactivated or something?The device on com 1 is not working, it can not connect to a service
It was installed by a security company, I have tried with the master and engineer code but still the samewas this your own install, may be temporary, login in and out again, type code in twice
I will give them a ring later on today, do you know if the fault is due to a loose connection or the ComGSM has failed?Get them back to fix it then!
I have checked with the mobile network and the sim is still activeit be chargeable if its just the sim card expired from lack of use.
you can check with the mobile company that provides the sim

normally if the signal is good and your signal is very good, in and out of engineering will clear, looks like they have reset the fault by turning it off and on in the software if done via the keypad, what firmware version was it?
