Hello
The paint on the coving in my bathroom is peeling pretty badly. I've been trying to sand the paint off so I can start from fresh but it's been hard work. On reading other forum posts, I think I might have damaged the paper covering (I think it's paper covered plaster covering).
I've attached a picture of where I think I've gone through the paint and ruffed up the paper underneath. Having a buggered the coving up or is there a way to prep/repair it?
Is there a better way to go about removing the paint? I'm not sure if I should be using paint strippers or steam at risk of damaging the coving further.
Dave
