Prima LPR600 dishwasher not washing!

Hi there

I have a Prima LPR600 dishwasher - no water is getting to the top two spray arms. I've cleaned them out - no blockage. And when I took them both off and tried the machine no water came through the top of the machine. The bottom spray arm works fine.

I've had a problem with the tube that takes water to them - it keeps popping out. Could there be a blockage? Or does it sound like a pump problem?

Please don't make me wash up...
