Hi
My turf is meant to be coming on Monday 30th and was spending this weekend finishing off prep.
Rainfall has meant the I now have puddles in the garden and still a but to take level.... What do I do?
Forecast shows its not going to eas up for a few weeks.
Can I rake soil when wet?
How do I get rid of puddles?
Shall I just cancel delivery?

Grateful of any help.
Thanks

Do you have an old scaffold board to walk on,seeing its so wet its best to keep off the soil.If you have a board can you walk on it to get to the puddles and sink a fork in up to its hilt to try to help with the drainage. An ordinary rake will soon clog up,a lawn rake would be better.

cancel it, trying to get a fine level in the wet is very difficult. Also totally waterlogged ground will make shifting and laying the turf pretty grim.
