what info do the stockist demand of you before they let you have an account??? credit checks, voters register the works, and you lot let em have credit with what?? cos they have a nice smile???

As you have installed it there then that puts you in a much better position.

That implies that she agreed to the verbal contract to supply and fit.

It also means that she ( presumably ) saw you start fitting it and had the opportunity to decide she did not like it BEFORE you fitted it.

Dont remove it! That will waste your time for something you have already spent time fitting. Dont do ANY more work until you have been paid!

Just send the invoice and chase up payment firmly.

My advice in this case is NOT to waste your time going round to discuss the matter as that will probably end up in you doing more work probably unpaid.

We have all encountered problem coustomers. More experience lessens the number of problems. I would never fit anything in a chip shop until a significant deposit had been paid to more than cover the cost of the appliance.

There is the small point that she's USED it! Surely she can't expect you to take back a used wc. If she'd moaned as soon as she saw it you could have done something about it - probably.
