problem with worcester 35cdi

hi all
i hope someone can help.My worcester 35cdi does not heat water very well,its just luke warm,but when i run cold tap the temp then rises but doesnt stay hot.
ps 3 filthy kids (one 4 weeks old),HELP PLEASE

I would be checking gas pressures which you shouldn't do and also checking heat isn't passing to the radiators when the hot water is being drawn. Hard to check anything else without these checks being done.
