Programme dial not turning on Indesit W1335

My Washer will do one programme then sit there until I reset it by switching it off at the wall and moving the dial to the reset dot then switching it on again.
I then have to move the dial to the next position on the cycle. I have to do this until I have gone through the whole cycle manually in order to wash anything. Any thoughts???

Only One! But it is now becoming a real pain.
I posted the first problem because it was
exactly the same problems as moni's the
second I posted which is the actual model I've
got because there was no reply from the first.
