Pyronix enforcer phone notification

I am looking into installing a enforcer PSTN kit. I want to plug it into phone line to alert me of any alarms etc. I don't want to use a SIM card is this possible? And is it just plug and play.
Do I need to buy phone cable or will it be supplied?

You don't need a sim with a pstn kit, you wil have to run a phone line to the control panel and you may need to fit a broadband filter.

Thanks, where would I get a filter. From Pyronix or broadband supplier
