one of my bleed valves won't move at all, have tried wd40. Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to work out the size of a replacement one? Angel

Very easy, either generic or brand specific.
If brand specific, you need to get that one, none other will do.

It is a radiator bleed valve. It is at the top on the right hand side. The rads are "kermi" and are over ten years old. One has been replaced before as it looks different to the original ones. Looking around the web I might get a half inch one and take it from there. How I hate living in a hard water area. Angel
