R7S Low Energy lamp

I'm trying to comply with Building Regs Part L LABC requirements for a customer who has bought their own wall lights.

These have R7s halogen tubes. 80watt jobbies that are 78mm long.

I'm trying to find a plug in low-energy version of these.

Megaman do the longer (118mm) version - does anyone know of a supplier for the smaller 78mm type?
