ive looked at the link for balancing a CH system and it talks about the outlet of each radiator being fitted with a lockshield valve and a control valve on the other end.
ive checked all the radiators in my house and every one of them is fitted with a wheel head valve at both ends and all are fully opened. sorry if its a stupid question but how do i know which is the outlet that i should be adjusting to balance the system ? and should the other valve be left fully opened on each radiator ?
