Mandate is not having a go at you,he saying try & understand your heating system (maybe do some drawing line up etc) as it would be easier for us to help you otherwise you're just running around like a headless chicken guessing what parts are what etc
It would be easier if you have some sort of plumbing knowledge which we can guide you in the right direction as it can be difficult to get message across on this diy forum.
I would personally try and get a recommended plumber to help you.
