Please can anyone help..... I recently got an oil burner taken away and got the pipes sealed off as I also use a solid fuel Wamsler range to heat my water/radiators as oil is too expensive for me. Since I got the pipes capped I have had really bad water pressure/banging away in the pipes.... this only happens when the fire reaches a certain tempreture, I have to run my water to stop the banging...... and now I notice is starting to come out the water flow pipe outside......any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)

Meant too say that the radiators are heating ok,

Maybe air in the system now.

Or maybe the pipes need joining and not capped. Your plumber should have left this in a safe condition having the solid fuel appliance in operation and ensuring everything was alright.
