New condensing boiler (Ideal Isar HE30) fitted last year and have suffered since with noisy radiators- sounds like small bits of gravel inside rads. This only occurs in the upstairs rads. System flushed and drained several times, inhibitor added, new two way valves fitted, bypass valve fitted. Noise reduced in intensity, but still present. Driving us crazy!! Can anyone help?

Did anyone remove the radiators and flush them out?

If not, you could try removing the radiators and flushing them out.

As softus says or I've also had some debris in the pump chamber that has for some reason rattled through to specific rads.

Have you checked the pressure on the boiler is 1 bar cold 1.5/2 bar hot and bled rads upstairs?

pull the offending rads off and blow em out with the hose pipe..

Thanks for all your suggestions. We are going to remove rads this weekend and see if flushing them out helps. Pressure of boiler is ok, checked regularly, and is fine when both cold and hot. We will aso check pump chamber. All rads are hot, no cold spots and domestic water is fine too. Thanks again. Here's hoping!!
